 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Never had an issue with this dispensary , it was honestly my favorite one. But this whole situation was really disappointing. I went in wanting the 1g Live Resin Dime and specifically told the budtender Angel that’s what I wanted. Instead , I was sold the 2g Dime. Since I had already paid , they said they couldn’t exchange it. Manager Brooke apologized and told me she would put a note on my account saying I’d get 25% off my next purchase and that I could still use my points for an even bigger discount. I trusted her word. I went back today to re-up and asked the budtender Andres if there were any notes on my account about the 25% off. He said no , all he could see was my phone number. I explained what happened , he tried calling Brooke , but she didn’t answer. Then I was told she’s been going around to their other New Mexico dispensaries , so now who knows when she’ll be back to fix this. The first mistake sucked , but mistakes happen , I get it. What frustrates me is that I came back expecting them to honor what I was promised just to find out the note was never even added to my account. So now I’ve had two bad experiences over the same issue.
